Investment Banking Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Investment Banking Analyst to join our team in San Francisco. The ideal candidate will assist in financial modeling, valuation analysis, and the preparation of materials for client presentations, contributing to a variety of deals ranging from mergers and acquisitions to debt and equity financing.

Responsibilities

• Develop financial models to evaluate potential investment opportunities.
• Support the preparation of transaction-related documentation and presentations.
• Perform due diligence and research on prospective targets.
• Contribute to the strategic planning and execution of client engagements.
• Leverage financial databases for analysis and modeling.
• Assist with post-transaction integration and reporting.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Master's degree in Finance or MBA is a plus

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in investment banking or financial analysis
