Job Description

As a Claims Collector, you will manage all aspects of the insurance claims process, from processing payments to communicating with clients and insurance providers. We value accuracy and efficiency, making this a great opportunity for those who are organized and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the claims process from start to finish, ensuring accuracy.
  • Provide assistance to clients regarding their claims status and issues.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and insurance providers.
  • Process claims changes and updates as necessary.
  • Identify areas for improvement within the claims process.
  • Train new team members on claims processing procedures.
  • Prepare reports and documentation for management review.
  • Uphold compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Participate in workshops to improve claims processing skills.
  • Support various administrative functions as required.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Master's degree preferred, but not required
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience handling medical claims is a plus
