Job Description
As a Mold Tooling Technician at The XYZ Company, you will be pivotal in maintaining and repairing mold tools essential for production. Your proficiency in mold tooling will contribute significantly to our operational efficiency and quality control.
Responsibilities
Conduct regular inspections and assessments of mold tools.
Implement predictive maintenance strategies to avoid unexpected failures.
Document and maintain records of repairs and maintenance performed on tools.
Assist in developing new tooling processes to increase productivity.
Provide technical support and guidance to production staff regarding tooling issues.

Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Additional certifications in relevant fields are a plus
Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Mold Tooling Technician.
