Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Architect to join our Baltimore team. This role involves designing innovative structures that meet the needs of our clients while enhancing the urban environment.

Responsibilities

• Architect new projects from concept through to completion.
• Work closely with environmental consultants to create sustainable designs.
• Review and approve plans and designs created by junior architects.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and compliance.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional materials relating to projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Master's degree in Architecture or Urban Planning is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of progressive experience in architectural design and project management

• Building Codes

Certifications

• NCARB Certification
• Sustainable Design Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Experience in residential project design: Proven track record in designing residential spaces which are functional and aesthetically pleasing.
