Responsibilities

• Provide personalized customer service while assisting in costume selection.
• Manage costume inventory, ensuring all items are expertly organized.
• Help with costume fittings and alterations to guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Respond to customer queries regarding rental policies and product availability.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure all costumes are delivered on time.
• Assist in the maintenance and repair of costumes as required.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and update records.
• Engage with customers during costume fitting sessions to ensure comfort.
• Assist with creating promotional materials for costume rentals.
• Maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere in the costume area.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Degree in Fashion Design preferred but not mandatory

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a retail customer service role

Languages
