Job Description

As a Salon Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service from the moment they walk in. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty through your engagement and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients warmly and ensure their comfort during visits.
  • Address client inquiries regarding salon offerings and products.
  • Book appointments efficiently and follow up on confirmations.
  • Process transactions accurately and handle payments with care.
  • Uphold high cleanliness standards within the salon environment.
  • Track salon inventory levels and assist in restocking as necessary.
  • Guide clients on product choices based on their needs and preferences.
  • Establish rapport with clients to enhance service delivery.
  • Work closely with salon team members for improved client experiences.
  • Take on extra responsibilities as needed to support salon management.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certification in cosmetology or aesthetics is preferred
Experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a salon or beauty retail setting.
