Job Description

As a Greaser Operator at our manufacturing facility, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the longevity and performance of our machinery through routine greasing and maintenance tasks. You will work closely with the maintenance team to enhance equipment efficiency and minimize downtime. Attention to detail is crucial in this role, as you will monitor equipment for potential issues and execute repairs or adjustments as necessary. Your contribution will be key in maintaining our production standards and quality.

Responsibilities

• Service and lubricate equipment according to maintenance guidelines.
• Inspect machinery for operational efficiency and report findings.
• Collaborate effectively with the maintenance crew to enhance machinery performance.
• Record and report maintenance activities in real-time.
• Adhere to company safety standards and protocols during maintenance tasks.
• Keep greasing tools well-maintained and organized.
• Assist with troubleshooting and repairs when necessary.
• Participate in ongoing safety and skills training programs.
• Follow through on continuous improvement recommendations.
• Contribute to team discussions on equipment reliability and efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in a similar maintenance role is preferred
