Job Description

As a Finishing Machine Tender, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing output. You will be responsible for operating finishing machines, monitoring production quality, and maintaining equipment to meet high standards of manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Run and oversee the finishing machines, keeping a keen eye on production quality.
• Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues promptly.

• Work alongside quality assurance teams to ensure compliance with standards.

Requirements

Education

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in machine operation preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience operating finishing machines in a production setting.

Technical Skills

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Experience with manufacturing software

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Ability to work under pressure

Languages

• English: Fluent
