Job Description

We're on the lookout for a dedicated Customer Success Manager who possesses a passion for nurturing long-term customer relationships. As a pivotal part of our team in Seattle, you will play a key role in driving customer satisfaction and ensuring our valued clients achieve their goals, leveraging our innovative technology solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them in implementing our solutions.
  • Identifying industry trends that may affect customer needs or engagement.
  • Facilitate quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with customers to showcase progress and value.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve our services.
  • Work closely with the sales team on customer renewals and expansion opportunities.
  • Provide input to product development teams regarding customer needs and features.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master's degree in Business or related disciplines is a plus
Experience
  • 4-6 years of experience in a customer-facing role
