Join our team as a Train Caller, where your role will involve coordinating and announcing train departures and arrivals in a busy railway environment. You will be the voice guiding passengers, ensuring a smooth flow of operations while communicating effectively with train operators and travelers alike.

Responsibilities

• Utilize public address and digital display systems to relay train information.
• Work closely with ticketing and customer service to ensure passenger satisfaction.
• Provide guidance to passengers during peak hours.
• Document incidents and report them for resolution.
• Assist in training new staff on communication protocols.
• Foster a positive experience for passengers through effective communication.
• Stay alert to any changes in train schedules and communicate them immediately.
• Analyze passenger flow and adjust announcements to minimize confusion.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in public speaking or a fast-paced environment is preferred.
