Job Description

As a Food Service Manager, you will play a vital role in leading kitchen operations, ensuring that our culinary team produces top-notch meals while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene. Your leadership and expertise will be crucial in managing staff, crafting menus, and coordinating kitchen inventory to enhance our guests' dining experience.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate kitchen operations and ensure high-quality food production.
  • Manage team schedules, ensuring adequate staffing at all times.

  • Monitor food quality at all stages of preparation and service.
  • Evaluate kitchen staff performance and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Culinary Degree or Certification preferred
Experience
  • Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or relevant role
