Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Healthcare Administrator to manage our healthcare facility in Orlando. The ideal candidate will be proactive in overseeing operations, patient care quality, and compliance with regulations. Strong leadership skills and an understanding of healthcare systems are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Develop operational policies to streamline healthcare services.
  • Monitor compliance with federal and state healthcare regulations.
  • Manage the hiring and training processes for new staff.
  • Advise on budgetary allocations and financial management.
  • Analyze patient feedback for service enhancements.
  • Prepare reports for management on operational performance.
  • Promote a culture of patient-centered care within the team.
  • Facilitate community outreach and engagement activities.
  • Support the development of clinical protocols and guidelines.
  • Oversee health promotion and wellness programs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Health or a related field
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare management
