Job Description

Join our team as a Registered Nurse, where you will provide top-notch patient care and support. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure quality treatment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and record patient symptoms and medical histories.
• Administer treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Participate in care team meetings to discuss patient progress.
• Documentation of nursing processes and protocols.
• Act as a patient advocate in addressing care concerns.
• Provide mentorship to nursing students and new staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)

Experience

• 2-4 years of nursing experience in acute care

Technical Skills

• IV Therapy
• Charting and Documentation

Soft Skills

• Time Management
• Team Leadership

Certifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Bilingual in Spanish: Ability to communicate with Spanish-speaking patients is a plus.
• Experience in Pediatric Care: Previous experience caring for children in a healthcare setting.
