Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Foam Rubber Molder to join our team. The role involves operating and maintaining foam rubber molding machinery to ensure the production of high-quality foam rubber products while adhering to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up molding machines and ensure they are calibrated correctly.
• Oversee the complete production cycle of foam rubber products.
• Analyze production data to enhance efficiency.
• Execute troubleshooting procedures on machinery when necessary.
• Collaborate with the quality control department to meet regulatory requirements.
• Adjust production processes to minimize waste while maximizing quality.
• Train and mentor junior staff on best practices.
• Communicate production issues to supervisors and suggest improvements.
• Conduct inspections to verify that declared product standards are maintained.
• Participate in safety meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications required, but relevant training is a plus

Experience

• Experience with specific foam rubber molding machinery preferred.

Technical Skills

• Understanding of safety procedures
• Ability to interpret technical drawings
