As a Lounge Maid, you will be responsible for maintaining a pristine and organized lounge area. Your role will ensure that guests are treated to a welcoming atmosphere, embodying our commitment to exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning tasks and uphold the lounge’s hygiene standards.
• Interact with guests to ensure a pleasant stay and address any issues.
• Assist in training new housekeeping team members on best practices.
• Conduct regular checks of lounge amenities to ensure they are in working order.
• Provide feedback to management regarding guest preferences and concerns.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1+ years of experience in a housekeeping role is ideal.

Languages
