Greaser Operator

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Greaser Operator to maintain and lubricate our sophisticated machinery. This position is vital to ensuring seamless manufacturing processes and minimizing downtime.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain machinery to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Apply lubricants effectively to prevent wear and tear on equipment.
• Monitor machinery operations and report any irregularities to supervisors.
• Maintain accurate logs of daily lubrication and maintenance tasks.
• Work closely with team members to implement preventive maintenance strategies.
• Assist in the training of new maintenance personnel.
• Be proactive in identifying areas for improvement in maintenance procedures.
• Follow safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss maintenance priorities and updates.
• Carry out basic repairs as needed to enhance machinery functionality.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in machinery maintenance or related field

Technical Skills

• Problem-solving skills

Certifications

• OSHA Compliance Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
