Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Fettler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for smoothing, shaping, and finishing metal and plastic components to meet strict quality standards. Your attention to detail and craftsmanship will be key in ensuring our products are of the highest quality. You will work closely with our production team to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize various techniques for polishing and finishing parts.
  • Support other team members as needed and foster a collaborative environment.
  • Keep accurate records of production output and quality checks.
  • Participate in daily briefings to align with production goals.
  • Contribute to team discussions on ways to enhance production efficiency.
  • Promote workplace safety and report any hazards immediately.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Technical training in manufacturing processes a plus
Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing or finishing roles
Technical Skills
  • Blueprint reading
  • Quality inspection techniques
Soft Skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Time management

Advantageous

  • Experience with robotic finishing systems: Hands-on experience with automated finishing processes.
  • Knowledge of material properties: Ability to distinguish between various types of metals and plastics.
