Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Electromechanical Equipment Assembler to join our Miami team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in assembling various electromechanical devices, understanding schematics, and ensuring quality control throughout the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

• Assemble complex electromechanical systems according to given timelines.
• Engage in collaborative problem-solving with team members.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks of assembly tools and equipment.
• Assist with inventory management and parts ordering as needed.
• Adhere to schedule and report any discrepancies promptly.

Requirements

Education

• Associate degree in electrical, electronic, or mechanical engineering technology
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in electromechanical assembly

Technical Skills

• Mechanical systems knowledge
• Electrical troubleshooting
• Soldering skills

Soft Skills

• Analytical thinking
• Effective communication

Advantageous

• Experience with hybrid and electric vehicles: Knowledge of hybrid and electric vehicle assembly and repair preferred.
• Leadership experience: Experience in a leadership or supervisory role is beneficial.
