Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapy Professor to join our faculty in Atlanta. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering an engaging curriculum in physical therapy, guiding students through both theoretical and practical elements of the field. Your expertise will play a key role in shaping future therapists who are equipped to meet the needs of patients in diverse healthcare environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead workshops and seminars to enhance student learning opportunities.
  • Supervise undergraduate and graduate research projects and thesis work.
  • Evaluate and revise assessment strategies to improve student outcomes.
  • Foster a collaborative learning environment that encourages student engagement.
  • Maintain professional relationships with healthcare organizations for student placement opportunities.

Requirements

Education
  • Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy or related field
  • A background in education is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years in physical therapy practice and education, with teaching experience preferred.
