Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine patient needs and goals.
• Create comprehensive treatment plans and set measurable goals.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and various rehabilitation techniques.
• Document patient evaluations and treatments, tracking progress.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the rehabilitation team.
• Participate in continuous education and professional development.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements

Education

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
• Licensed Physical Therapist in Florida

Experience

• Experience in outpatient settings preferred
