Psychometrist

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Psychometrist to handle psychological testing and reporting. You will work closely with a clinical team to ensure standardized procedures and accurate interpretation of assessments, making a meaningful impact on patient care.

Responsibilities

• Administer psychological tests such as WAIS, MMPI, and WISC.
• Compile and present assessment results in a clear and concise manner.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to refine patient assessment plans.
• Collect and analyze patient data to inform treatment strategies.
• Provide feedback to patients and their families about testing procedures and outcomes.
• Document and update patient records in electronic medical records systems.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Monitor and improve the quality of assessments through peer reviews.
• Follow up with patients to track progress after assessments.
• Engage in continuous professional education to enhance assessment skills.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a closely related field
• Master's degree in Psychology is advantageous

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a clinical setting administering assessments
