Job Description

Join our dynamic workforce as a Cutting and Slicing Machine Setter and take charge of our machinery operations dedicated to tobacco processing. You'll ensure that the equipment is calibrated correctly and perform regular inspections to maintain quality standards. Your role will significantly impact the production process while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Adjust machine settings based on production requirements and quality standards.
• Conduct thorough cleaning and maintenance of machinery at scheduled intervals.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and efficiency improvements.
• Keep accurate records of production output and machinery performance.
• Inspect incoming tobacco leaves for quality before processing.
• Report any malfunctions or safety concerns promptly to the supervisor.
• Provide training and support for new team members.
• Assist with inventory management of raw materials and finished products.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in tobacco industry is a plus

Technical Skills

• Cutting and shaping machinery operation
• Basic computer skills

Languages

• English: Fluent
