Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Back Tender who will play a vital role in supporting and maintaining various back-end systems. You will ensure their operational efficiency by collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and ensure top-notch data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Manage back-end workflows to optimize efficiency.
• Resolve system issues quickly to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with software developers for system improvements.
• Backup data and reinforce security measures.
• Document best practices and technical guides.
• Support deployment efforts for new software tools.
• Conduct routine tests for system performance.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with security.
• Advise on technology innovations that can enhance operations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or similar field
• Relevant certifications are preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in back-end support roles
