Job Description

As a Biomass Power Plant Manager, you will oversee the entire operations of our biomass power facility. You will ensure compliance with all environmental regulations while fostering a safe working environment and optimizing plant efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operational activities and staffing.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Enhance safety measures and promote a safe work environment.
  • Create and execute maintenance schedules for all machinery.
  • Analyze plant performance and make necessary adjustments.
  • Communicate with regulatory agencies regarding compliance.
  • Lead team meetings and provide support for team development.
  • Oversee supply chain logistics and vendor contracts.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Master's degree in Environmental Engineering is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in management within the energy sector
