Job Description

Looking for a dedicated Tire Repairer and Changer who is proficient in tire maintenance and repair at our state-of-the-art automotive service center. You will play a key role in ensuring our customers' vehicles are safe and well-maintained.

Responsibilities

• Inspect tires for wear, damage, and inflation levels.
• Remove and mount tires using specialized tools and equipment.
• Perform tire rotations and ensure proper balance.
• Repair punctured or damaged tires following industry standards.
• Assist customers by recommending the best tire options for their vehicles.
• Maintain an organized inventory of tires and related supplies.
• Ensure alignment meets manufacturer specifications.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.
• Provide top-notch customer service and support.
• Keep work area clean and organized.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in tire servicing or related field

Technical Skills

• Tire changing and balancing equipment
• Basic mechanical knowledge

Soft Skills

• Customer Service
• Attention to Detail

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Certification from a recognized tire industry organization: Preferred for demonstrating professional competency in tire servicing.
• Experience with tire retreading: Hands-on experience with the retreading process for enhancing tire longevity.
