Job Description

As a Grinding and Polishing Worker, you will operate and maintain equipment used to grind and polish wood and other materials. This role is vital for ensuring quality production and requires physical stamina as well as an eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot all grinding and polishing equipment.
• Assist in training new employees on equipment operation and safety practices.
• Work with management to develop and implement production improvements.
• Handle materials carefully to minimize waste and rework.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in manufacturing or the wood products industry is a plus.
