Responsibilities

• Source and approve color swatches from suppliers.
• Conduct color matching and correction for production samples.
• Create and manage comprehensive color libraries.
• Collaborate with the design team on seasonal color palettes.
• Monitor market color trends and report findings.
• Ensure color quality standards are met in all products.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Communicate color guidelines effectively to team members.
• Utilize design software to implement color adjustments.

Requirements

Education

• Associate's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Science, or related field

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in color management for textiles or apparel
