Job Description

As a Lathe and Turning Machine Tool Setter, you will play a crucial role in the precision manufacturing sector. Your responsibilities will encompass setting up and maintaining various gear manufacturing machinery, ensuring optimal performance and quality output.

Responsibilities

  • Set up, operate, and maintain multiple gear cutting machines.
  • Adjust machining processes based on production requirements.
  • Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure conformance to standards.
  • Assist in developing process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Coordinate with quality control for inspections and compliance.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety.
  • Support inventory management by reporting material shortages.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Technical certification is a plus.
Experience
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
