Job Description

As the Winding and Twisting Department Supervisor, you will oversee all operations within the department, ensuring the production of high-quality textile products. Your leadership will help optimize workflow and maintain strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the department to ensure optimal workflow.
• Coordinate with management to align departmental goals with company objectives.
• Regularly assess staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Conduct safety audits and enforce compliance with safety regulations.
• Develop training programs for new employees and ongoing training for existing staff.
• Prepare and present reports on production performance to upper management.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to improve efficiency.
• Maintain work schedules and ensure timely completion of production targets.

Requirements

Education

• Associate's degree in Manufacturing or related field preferred

Experience

• 5 years of supervisory experience in a textiles manufacturing environment
