Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Animal Care Taker who is passionate about animals and providing them with the best care possible. The role includes feeding, grooming, and ensuring the overall health and well-being of a variety of animals.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care for a variety of animal species.
• Keep accurate records of animal health, behavior, and any related observations.
• Participate in the enrichment and socialization activities for animals.
• Collaborate with veterinary and other animal care staff to ensure optimal animal care.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in Veterinary Assistance or related discipline is a plus

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in animal care or similar roles

Technical Skills

• Animal Behavior Knowledge
• Basic Veterinary Care

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with a variety of animal species: Hands-on experience working with diverse animals including dogs, cats, and farm animals.
