Job Description

As a Car Head Liner Installer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and replacing headliners in various vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and experience in automotive upholstery.

Responsibilities

• Expertly install headliners in various makes and models of vehicles.
• Troubleshoot installation issues and provide effective solutions.
• Enhance customer satisfaction through quality workmanship.
• Document installation processes and materials used.
• Assist in training new team members on headliner installation methods.
• Participate in team meetings to improve workflows and efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in automotive upholstery or related field is preferred.

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in headliner installation or automotive upholstery.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of materials
• Schematic reading

Languages

• English: Fluent
