Job Description

As a Flight Engineer at Skyward Aviation LLC, you will be pivotal in ensuring the safety and performance of our aircraft during flights. This role demands technical expertise and problem-solving skills, as you will monitor and maintain critical systems while working closely with the flight crew.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate aircraft performance data and make necessary adjustments during flights.
• Collaborate with ground support and maintenance teams to ensure aircraft integrity.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior flight engineers.
• Participate in ongoing technical training and professional development.
• Act as a resource for flight crew regarding aviation regulations and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or a related field
• Master's degree in Aviation Management is a plus

Experience

• 5-7 years of experience specifically as a Flight Engineer
