Job Description

We are on the lookout for a detail-oriented Masher to join our food processing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze large volumes of food product data for quality assurance.
• Develop and implement data logging procedures for process tracking.
• Troubleshoot issues with food processing equipment and report findings.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and meet production goals.
• Help train new staff on equipment use and production protocols.

Requirements

Education

• Associate's degree in Food Science or related field

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in food processing or a related field.

Technical Skills

• Quality Control

Certifications

• Food Handler's Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in Lean Manufacturing: Knowledge of lean practices in food production for efficiency.
• Proficiency in Data Visualization Tools: Experience using tools like Tableau for presenting food product data.
