Job Description
As a Registered Nurse in our Las Vegas facility, you will be integral to delivering quality patient care. You will assess patient needs, coordinate with healthcare teams, and develop nursing care plans to ensure comprehensive and compassionate care.
Responsibilities
Manage patient care assignments and coordinate with other nurses and healthcare professionals.
Lead patient education initiatives and promote wellness within the community.
Respond to emergency situations and provide critical care as needed.
Participate in quality improvement programs and nursing research projects.
Advocate for patients’ rights and needs within the healthcare system.
Document all care activities and outcomes in compliance with hospital policies.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
NCLEX-RN licensure required
Experience
3+ years of experience in a hospital setting preferred
