Car Pre-Cooler Engineer

Job Description

As a Car Pre-Cooler Engineer, you will design, develop, and test innovative cooling systems for vehicles aimed at improving comfort and fuel efficiency. This role requires a blend of mechanical and electrical engineering skills along with a passion for sustainable automotive solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop prototypes of pre-cooling systems for testing and validation.
• Assess the performance of pre-coolers in various environmental conditions.
• Ensure the integration of mechanical and electrical components meet design specifications.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers and contractors.
• Conduct root cause analyses to troubleshoot any engineering challenges.
• Compile and present project reports to senior management.
• Mentor junior engineers in best practices for design and testing.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years in product development or automotive engineering
