Job Description

As an Architectural and Civil Drafter at Engineering Solutions Inc., you will play a pivotal role in designing and drafting residential and commercial buildings. Your expertise in CAD software will be essential in translating concepts into detailed technical drawings while ensuring compliance with industry codes.

Responsibilities

  • Design and draft architectural and civil engineering drawings for residential and commercial buildings.
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop innovative design solutions.
  • Prepare technical documents, including specifications and material lists.
  • Conduct quality control checks on drawings and documents.
  • Utilize 3D modeling software for design visualization.
  • Maintain organized project files and documentation.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in drafting for civil and architectural projects
