Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Inspectors, Testers, Sorters, Samplers, and Weighers to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidates will be detail-oriented and skilled in various inspection techniques.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production processes to ensure quality assurance standards.
• Perform detailed inspections and testing on finished products.
• Prepare reports on inspection findings for management review.
• Participate in continuous training to improve skills and stay updated.
• Support cross-functional teams in achieving quality objectives.

Requirements

Education

• Associate's degree in Quality Assurance or relevant field
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in inspection or quality control

Technical Skills

• Statistical Process Control (SPC)
• Root Cause Analysis

Soft Skills

• Problem Solving
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
• Certified Quality Technician (CQT)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Background in Quality Assurance Software: Experience using quality assurance software for inspection processes.
• Familiarity with 5S Methodology: Knowledge of 5S methodology for workplace organization.
