Job Description
We seek an Outsole Caser to ensure the accuracy and quality of our footwear outsoles. If you have experience in the footwear industry and a commitment to excellence, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Inspect outsoles for any imperfections before casing.
- Carefully package outsoles according to quality standards.
- Label and tag packaged outsoles accurately.
- Maintain documentation and records of the packaging process.
- Assist in inventory management of outsole materials.
- Report any quality issues or defects to the supervisor.
Requirements
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
- 3+ years in a similar position within the footwear industry.
Technical Skills
- Machine operation

Languages
- English: Fluent

- Certifications in shoe production: Specialized certification in footwear manufacturing or related fields.
