Rubber Extrusion Operator

Job Description

Join our team as a Rubber Extrusion Operator. In this role, you will be responsible for the setup and operation of extrusion machines to produce rubber products. You'll monitor performance and make adjustments to ensure optimal production quality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare machines for production by installing dies and setting parameters.
• Conduct troubleshooting on machinery and resolve issues quickly.
• Carry out routine maintenance schedules and keep records of maintenance activities.
• Assist in the development of new rubber products.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production issues and resolutions.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in rubber extrusion or related field preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in rubber extrusion or similar manufacturing environment.

• Machine Troubleshooting

Certifications

• Lean Manufacturing Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
