Job Description

We are searching for a dedicated Crusher, Grinder, and Polisher Machine Setter to join our talented team. This role involves operating and maintaining machinery for the precise surfacing and polishing of gemstones, ensuring they meet high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate various polishing and grinding machines.
• Monitor machine performance and ensure efficient operation.
• Perform routine inspections to maintain optimal machine function.
• Document processes and maintain records for quality assurance.
• Collaborate with team members to develop best practices.
• Continuously seek ways to improve production methods and quality.
• Adhere to safety guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues as needed.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and challenges.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Formal training or apprenticeship in lapidary or jewelry manufacturing is preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in jewel flat surfacing or similar role
