Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of electric vehicle charging stations.
• Handle customer inquiries and troubleshoot charging issues effectively.
• Maintain charging stations in clean and operational conditions.
• Record data regarding usage and customer feedback.
• Inspect equipment regularly and perform maintenance as needed.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure high service standards.
• Report all equipment issues promptly for quick resolution.
• Adhere to all relevant safety regulations.
• Stay engaged with industry developments to enhance performance.
• Assist in training new staff members on operational protocols.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in customer service or electrical systems is an asset

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in the automotive or electrical field

Technical Skills

• Understanding of electric vehicle infrastructure
• Experience with electrical maintenance

Languages

• English: Fluent
