Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Pilot to join our team. The Master Pilot will be responsible for overseeing and conducting flight operations, ensuring safety and compliance with aviation regulations. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily flight operations, ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed.
• Collaborate with maintenance crews for timely aircraft inspections.
• Prepare and submit flight plans to relevant authorities.
• Provide detailed briefings to crew members before flights.
• Implement training programs for junior pilots focusing on safety and compliance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation or related field
• Master's degree in Aviation Management is preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a commercial pilot with significant flight hours

Technical Skills

• Excellent leadership skills
• Flight instruments proficiency

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving skills
• Effective communication

Certifications

• FAA Commercial Pilot License with Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) rating
• Valid medical certificate (First or Second Class)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in commercial airline operations: Prior experience with airline operations is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in multiple languages: Ability to communicate in multiple languages is a plus.
