Job Description

We are seeking dependable and skilled Stationary Engineers and Boiler Operators to join our dynamic team. As a Turbine Operator, you will operate and maintain power generation turbines, ensuring their efficient and safe operation while upholding our commitment to environmental standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operation of turbines ensuring they meet safety and efficiency standards.
• Regularly inspect turbine components and carry out preventive maintenance.
• Document all maintenance and operational procedures thoroughly.
• Collaborate with engineers to improve turbine performance.
• Provide technical support as needed during outages or repairs.
• Assist in upgrading turbine technology and systems.
• Conduct safety audits and propose improvements.
• Prepare reports on operational performance for management.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associate degree in a technical field is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of extensive experience in operating gas or steam turbines

Technical Skills

• Electrical Systems Knowledge
• SCADA Systems Proficiency

Soft Skills

• Analytical skills
• Teamwork

Certifications

• Certification in power generation or related field
• First Aid and CPR certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
