Job Description

We are in search of a skilled Yoke Presser to join our manufacturing team. The role involves working with different fabric types, adjusting machinery settings, and ensuring the right press for each garment.

Responsibilities

• Press yokes to adhere to quality standards using industrial equipment.
• Understand and manage various fabric types for effective pressing.
• Ensure all machines are well-maintained and in good working order.
• Work closely with the production team to meet daily targets.
• Keep detailed records of pressing operations and output.
• Identify and troubleshoot any equipment malfunctions.
• Promote a culture of safety within the workplace.
• Attend team meetings to discuss workflow and efficiency.
• Assist in training programs for new employees.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role preferred

Technical Skills

• Industrial ironing equipment

Languages

• English: Fluent
