Tube Inspector

Job Description

The Tube Inspector will be responsible for inspecting tubes for defects and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate should have a strong focus on detail and knowledge of non-destructive testing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of tubes to identify defects.
• Utilize various NDT methods including liquid penetrant testing.
• Document findings in detailed inspection reports.
• Support safety audits to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate with the production team regarding inspection processes.
• Analyze data to enhance product quality and reliability.
• Participate in regular quality assurance meetings.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• NDT certification preferred

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in tube inspection or related field

Technical Skills

• Advanced NDT Techniques
