Job Description

We are actively seeking a motivated and skilled Sponger to manage the sponging process for various products and materials. The successful candidate will work collaboratively within a dynamic team in our manufacturing facility, ensuring quality and efficiency in production.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory and ordering of sponges and related materials.
• Conduct research on sustainable sponge materials.
• Provide customer service regarding sponge usage and disposal.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards during production.
• Perform routine maintenance on sponging machinery.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in environmental science, sustainability, or related field

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in environmental sustainability or related field.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

Soft Skills

• Strong communication skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Experience with complex machinery operation: Ability to operate and manage complex machinery efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving skills: Skills in identifying issues and developing effective solutions.
