Job Description
As an Industrial Machinery Mechanic at Industrial Repair Solutions, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various types of industrial machinery, including welding equipment. Your hands-on experience and technical expertise will ensure that our equipment runs smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and repair machinery, ensuring they meet operational standards.
- Implement preventive measures to avoid equipment failure.
- Document all maintenance activities and repairs accurately.
- Support the team in achieving maintenance goals and KPIs.
- Advise on best practices for equipment management.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained.
- Conduct inspections and safety checks on machinery before operation.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new equipment technology.
Requirements
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is a plus
Experience
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in machinery maintenance.
