Job Description

Join our manufacturing team as a Woodworking Machine Setter and Operator, where you will set up and operate bending and cutting machines. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Configure and operate woodworking machinery to fabricate products.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards during production processes.
• Conduct regular inspections of machinery to identify and resolve issues.
• Document production activities and report discrepancies to management.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives and provide feedback.
• Support the team in achieving production goals and deadlines.
• Train new team members on machinery operation and safety protocols.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in woodworking technology.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in woodworking is a plus

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in woodworking or a related field.
