Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technical Program Manager to oversee strategic projects and initiatives in our Houston office. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing complex programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving project success from conception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Analyze project risks and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
• Work closely with product managers to align projects with roadmaps.
• Prepare and present status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Mentor team members and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• PMP certification preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience managing technical programs
