Job Description
The Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer will be pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation and maintenance of machinery across our manufacturing floor. With a proactive approach, the ideal candidate will work alongside production teams to minimize downtime and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead efforts on diagnosing complex machine issues and formulating repair strategies.
- Work with cross-functional teams to optimize equipment usage.
- Oversee the implementation of a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
- Prepare reports on maintenance performance and equipment status.
- Conduct training sessions on new machinery and technologies.
- Implement energy-efficient practices within maintenance operations.
- Assure all maintenance tools and equipment are in good working condition.
- Foster a collaborative and safety-focused work environment.
Requirements
Education
- Technical certification in a related field preferred
Experience
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred
